YSEC is launching a video competition for the chance to win a free ticket to YSEC’s Re:Vision 2010 conference, the Social Entrepreneurship event of the year!
Read the 5 easy steps below to see how you can win a free spot:
Record a video of yourself answering the following question: What are you doing to spearhead change in your community? NOTE: video must be less than 60 seconds!
Upload the video to youtube with the following details:
Video Title: “YSEC re:Vision 2010 Contest Entry”
Description: Description of your organisation + “Head to http://revision.ysec.org to enter!” + “Rate me so I can win and tell your friends!!”
Tags must include: ysec, revision2010, social entrepreneur, youth, young, toronto, canada. (so we can find it)
Note: embedding must be enabled
Join the re:Vision facebook event as “Attending”. Post the link to your youtube video, share it on your wall with a note saying something like, “Pls vote for my video by RATING it on youtube because I want to attend RE:VISION 2010 for free!”
To increase your chances of winning, tweet your video with hash-tag #revision2010 asking your followers to vote for you.
Example tweet: “Pls vote for my #revision2010 video by rating it on youtube! [URL]”
Submit an application to attend the conference at revision.ysec.org with a (refundable) $25 deposit.
Video entries must be submitted before the registration deadline. Winners will be announced the day after registration closes.
